Police have charged and arrested the Co-Founder of Sistah Sistah Foundation identified as Gladys Mwangala Monde aged 29 of Silverest area in Lusaka with the offence of Giving False Information to Public officers and Unlawful Assembly.
Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale has disclosed to Mafken FM radio that, Police have also charged and arrested three others identified as Ann Kazhila Hollard aged 28 of Civic Center area who is the Programmes Director, Chilombu Kabambi aged 22 an Administrative Assistant under the same foundation and Luse Mwila Chanda aged 25 with the offence of Unlawful Assembly.
Mr. Mwale says the suspects are in Police Custody and will appear in court soon adding that investigations into the matter have intensified.
He reveals that Police have in the meantime instituted investigations into the programmes and activities of Sistah Sistah Foundation.
