Nigerian artist David Adeleke, also known as Davido, recently released news confirming his marriage to partner Chioma Rowland. In an interview with Kiekie, the singer opened up about taking a break from music and work on the upcoming album Timeless following the death of their first son Ifeanyi.
Before going on hiatus, Davido had all of the album prepared but chose to take time to reflect and regroup before launching it. Since then, he has been able to connect with family and start a new project. On November 1st, fans heard the heartbreaking news of Ifeanyi's passing and saw the couple enter married life shortly after. The experience seems to have undeniably impacted Davido in more ways than one; we look forward to him emerging musically refreshed and rejuvenated once again.
