A teenager boy in Nigeria is in police custody for allegedly impregnating 10 women at once as he planned to make money after selling the babies.
The River State based 17-old-boy was apprehended along with his partner in crime, Chigozie Ogbona aged 29.
The two are reportedly involved in baby factory business together with two women identified as Peace Alikoi and Favour Bright aged 40 and 30 respectively.
Grace Iringe-Koko, Public Relations Officer in River State, confirmed about the arrests saying that upon receiving credible tips from the community, police raided the baby factory on 7th January.
At the said scene, police found the pregnant women who are being tagged as victims of human trafficking.
The publicist further revealed that police investigations have find that when the woman give birth, the syndicate leader keeps the child and pays the mother $10,000. The police also found out that some of the baby that were delivered in the house had already been sold.
The women that were found on the factory confessed that they were lured to indulge in the criminal activities in order to meet financial difficulties.
Police in the state have recovered a white Jeep from the syndicate leader.
