and Nathan.
Being an absent father and cheating are the main reasons that
pushed Anita to a divorce.
Anita requested some of Paul’s mansions and $20 000
a month as settlements.
Anita also accused her estranged husband of fraud.
Through a document that was read in the court by her lawyer, Anita said she was convinced to invest N10 million in a mall that Paul built in Lekki so that she would get a space for her business in return.
She said the superstar did not honor the deal.
“That I know as a fact that the respondent, upon completion
of the mall, reneged on the agreement and failed to give TannkCo a space in the
mall.” Reads the document.
The singer and his team of lawyers failed to produce
evidences against all the allegations. Therefore the court ruled in favor of
Anita.
