US based South African comedian, actor and TV show host, Trevor Noah has announced that he is parting ways with "The Daily Show" after spending seven years as a host.
Noah, "38" didn't come out clear on when exactly he is going to leave the show. He only hinted that it is not so immediate as the company and him are yet to work out on details.
The 2022 Grammy Awards host didn't dig further to mention his replacement nor reveal his next endeavors.
"My time is up, but in the most beautiful way,” said Trevor Noah who replaced Jon Stewart in 2015 as the host.

He also assured his millions of followers that he's not hanging up his career. Noah said it is only Covid-19 pandemic that made him realize the need to explore other avenues that include global tours.
In 2020 Trevor Noah said in an interview that the first two years of hosting The Daily Show were horrible. He was under pressure to fill in big shoes that Jon Stewart left.
Under Noah, The Daily Show got five straight Emmy nominations for the best talk show though this year it lost to the current winner "Last Week Tonight With John Oliver."
