There's no denying the fact that Rihanna has a heart of gold. While she has been recognized numerous times for her outstanding humanitarian efforts, she chose to keep her presence quiet during a recent trip to Malawi, a country in southeastern Africa.
Her mission in Malawi in January was not to make a celebrity appearance but to teach impoverished elementary school children math in their classrooms (as well as to teach them some simple reading exercises and hang around the playground). She founded the Clara Lionel Foundation and acted as a global ambassador for the Global Partnership for Education.).
